How delivery works?
Our order hours are between 8:30am and 12:00pm.
      Place your order before 11:30am for same day delivery. Orders placed after our cut off time of 12:00pm noon will be dispatched the following day. 
Freight charges are dependant on weight of order and destination.
THERE ARE NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES. WEEK DAYS ONLY! 

 

What are the Freight Rates? 
  • Local Area orders have a flat $6.00 freight charge. 
  • Outer Area freight charges range from $7.00 to $19.00.
  • Short Haul freight charges range from $10.00 to $28.00.

Rotorua Local Cut-off points:
(We do not delivery to) 

-Airport on State Highway 30.
-Hemo Road Roundabout on State Highway 5 & 30.
-Ngongotaha Roundabout on state Highway 5 (NZ couriers do not travel up State Highway 5, however they do deliver to Ngongotaha).
-Waiteti Road, Ngongotaha on State Highway 36.
 
Outer Areas:
Opotiki, Whakatane, Edgecumbe, Kawerau, Murupara, Taupo, and Tokoroa.
Short Haul Areas:
Turangi, Te Kuiti, Hamilton, Te Puke, Tauranga, Katikati, Waihi, Thames, Paeroa, Whangamata, and the Coromandel. 

 

 

How pick up works?
Place an order through our online store and pick up from our Fairy Springs store.

 You will receive and e-mail or txt notification when your order is ready to collect. Simply head into our Fairy Springs store and have your confirmation e-mail ready to show.

 

 

Delivery won't work at checkout, what do I do?
If your shipping options are limited, do not panic. It will still be adjusting to the area codes. Please call: 0272343456 and our Online Shop Assistant will help you resolve this.
